EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mr A McClusky
Mr McClusky was appointed CEO of Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust in 2019 after being Executive Headteacher of Hasmonean High School for 4 years. Prior to this, he was Headteacher for 5 years, enabling the school to gain Outstanding Ofsted and Pikuach judgements in all of the areas inspected. He joined the school in 2003, and has held positions as Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher and Director of English. He has supported a number of schools in challenging circumstances. He has a qualification in Executive Leadership, the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (NPQH) as well as an MA (with distinction) and a first class degree in English Literature from St John’s College, University of Durham.
Mrs M Langdon
After graduating from Cambridge University, Mrs Langdon completed her PGCE at the Institute of Education. She worked for 4 years at Kingsbury High School before taking on a role as KS3 coordinator in King Solomon High. During her 9 years there, she took on several roles including Head of Science. Mrs Langdon joined Hasmonean in September 2007 as a Science teacher. She then went on to be the Head of Sixth Form at the girls’ school before becoming Director of Learning for Science in May 2014. She subsequently took on the additional role of Director of Learning for Maths. She teaches Biology to KS4 and 5 and is passionate about her subject. In May 2016, she was appointed Assistant Headteacher in charge of Data and Curriculum and in 2020 she took on responsibility for timetabling. She was also responsible for helping students who want to gain University entrance for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Science. Mrs Langdon is an experienced examiner for A level Biology for both OCR and AQA and was runner up for the Royal Society of Biology, Biology Teacher of the Year Award in 2017. In March 2023, Mrs Langdon was appointed as Headteacher of the Boys’ School.
Rabbi J Golker
Rabbi Golker is a graduate of Hasmonean High School. After leaving Hasmonean, Rabbi Golker learned in Yeshivat Kerem B’Yavneh and Mir. He then took a law degree at UCL, qualifying as a solicitor at a City law firm.
Rabbi Golker left law to pursue a career in teaching and has been a member of the Beis faculty for over twenty years. He was appointed Head of Kodesh at the Girls’ school in 2010 and Menahel over both schools in 2014. Aside from his teaching commitments, Rabbi Golker oversees all matters of ethos and Kodesh at both sites.
Rabbi Golker is a popular lecturer, giving shiurim in the wider community and on TorahAnytime.com.
Mrs L Oskis
Mrs Oskis has been an employee of Hasmonean since 1994. As well as being an Assistant to the CEO, she was also Director of Personnel & Human Resources for five years. In 2012, she became Head of Operations, overseeing several departments which include Administration, Bromcom (the school’s data base) and Exams. As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, she also oversees the Human Resources Department. Mrs Oskis played a leading role in the team who received accreditation for ‘Investors In People’ and has enabled Hasmonean to be awarded with ‘Customer Services Excellence’ status for three consecutive years.
Bunmi Adegbie
A high performing and goal-oriented Senior Finance Leader & Chartered Accountant with a strong record of accomplishment leading the delivery of financial operations & strategic excellence in the charity and private sectors, including academic institutions. Proven ability to drive financial efficiency and performance; researches, identifies and transforms areas of under-performance and underpins all activities with financial best practice, enhanced financial controls, robust financial governance, and integrity.
People-centric, affable leader of large, multi-location team with strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability for engaging effectively at all levels to build consensus. Promotes collaboration, accountability, shared vision, continual improvement, and can-do, change mind-sets.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Mr N Heddle
Mr Heddle was born and raised in Western Australia and moved to London in August 2006. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree and Deakin University with a Master’s Degree, Mr Heddle then completed his Graduate Diploma of Education in Australia. He later obtained his QTS whilst working at Gravesend Grammar School in Kent, where he worked for 4 years, 3 of which as Head of Government and Politics. Subsequent to that Mr Heddle took on the role of teaching History and Politics at Mill Hill School. Mr Heddle joined Hasmonean in October 2011 as a History teacher. He then went on to be the Head of Government and Politics before merging the role and becoming Head of History and Government and Politics in July 2014. He subsequently joined the Senior Leadership Team as an Associate in September 2015 for Teaching and Learning, working with Gifted and Talented and new staff. He teaches History and Government and Politics to KS4 and 5 and is passionate about his subject and its implications in today’s world. In June 2016, he was appointed Assistant Headteacher in charge of Teaching and Learning.
KODESH LEADERSHIP TEAM
Rabbi Y Hartman
Rabbi Hartman was born in the United States yet grew up in Israel. He graduated from the High School Yeshivah (‘The Yishuv’) and then went on to study in Yeshivat Itri and Mir for twelve years. Rabbi Hartman was ordinated as a Rabbi by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel in 1986. Rabbi Hartman has published over 30 volumes on the philosophy of Maharal of Prague and has taught in Israeli institutions and high schools seminaries for over 22 years. For the last six years, he has held the position Head of the Beis at Hasmonean High School.
Rabbi D Muster
Rabbi Muster joined Hasmonean in 1996 as a Kodesh and Mathematics teacher. He then went on to teach Maths at Gateshead Boarding School for 2 years before returning to London and back to Hasmonean. Rabbi Muster has held a number of roles, including Year Leader for Year 10 and 11 and Assistant Director of Kodesh for 10 years before taking on the role of Director of Learning for Kodesh boys for Years 7 to 10 in 2014. Rabbi Muster received Semicha and a MA from Jews’ College.
